ABOUT CHEF INDIA FIASCO
I am a 23yr old self-taught chef and a recent graduate student as a pilot. I started my business in 2018 while in pilot school. I love to cook and fly! My business consists of catering events, large or small and weekly meal preps.
Q: As a leader, it is important to maintain connections with role models and mentors. Who do you look up to for inspiration or mentorship?
My Role Model would be my mother, Tamara Williams. She never stops pushing me to be the best at anything I do! My mother guides me to always maintain excellence in my business etiquette and to never give up on my dreams! money, but more about me living out my divine purpose and doing the things that bring peace and the most happiness to the ones I love.

Q: How do you keep your team motivated despite conflicts and obstacles?
When it comes to motivation, I remembered how hard it was for me to even get to the point of having a "team". Having said this, I have to tell everyone that my walk may not be your walk but always take away a quality or trait that you would want to apply as if it was your own business.
