What made you decide to start your own business & the wine collection? I’ve been in the food and beverage industry for almost 9 years now. So, working in different types of restaurants & knowing the different types of wine, I kind of picked up the passion for wanting to start my wine collection.

When did you get started in the wine business? I started my wine collection about two years ago and I officially launched a year ago.

Do you have a favorite wine or vintage that you have made? My most popular and favorite wine that I made would be my Caramel Crème Brûlée. It's my top seller, everyone loves it. When you drink a glass of Caramel Crème Brûlée, it’s like you’re in heaven ….you are literally tasting a dessert in a wine glass.

You have a unique way of presenting your wine collection. What type of wine do you have for your spring and summer collection and fall and winter collection? I change up the wine collection that I offer for every season. So far it may be a different collection for Spring/Summer and Fall/ Winter will be another different collection. My approach is very similar to how fashion presentations are introduced.

What's so unique about your wine collection? The average alcohol content of wine is about 12%. The Wine by Freddie Collections alcohol percentage is 15.5% of each bottle.

What other offerings do you have that we should know about? I’m working on the Hilliard Collection, its’ a fashion collection due to launch in winter 2021. This would include custom high fashion pieces such as gowns, blazers & wedding dresses. Men and women shoes as well as clothing for men. And adding to the Hilliard Collection, I will be offering cosmetics as well.
