How has globalization affected the direction of your company? Globalization, for my company, opens so many more doors for myself and my artists! It allows us to get seen by many more potential customers and helps us get exposure in markets that we otherwise wouldn't.

What has been the most effective style of leadership that's worked for you and your team? The most effective style of leadership, that I've realized over many years and after many mistakes is to deal with each and every person individually and be open to their thoughts and ideas as well.
