How has globalization affected the direction of your company? When I started with Benchmark 15 years ago, we only had a handful of clinics in the Georgia Region. We have now grown to over 150 Clinics in Georgia and have expanded our operations across the US into 40 states.

Pancreatic cancer has the highest mortality rate of all cancers but receives only 6% of research funding. We are dedicated to raising money for much needed cancer research.
How would you describe your leadership style? I lead by example. I never ask my team to do anything I have not done or anything that I don't do. I am a mentor and their biggest cheerleader. I make it a point to learn about each of them and what it is that drives them towards success. I use this to motivate them according to their personal needs.

How do you get others to accept your ideas? Because I have done and still do what each of them does on a daily basis, I am able to show them what I would like to have them accomplish and what benefits they will reap in doing so.
